Nkoli Ogwuru is a real estate broker, financial strategist, and founder of Ruthswall Inc. and Be3Life, with over two decades of experience across financial services, real estate brokerage, and property investing. Known for redefining wealth beyond money, Nkoli’s expertise sits at the intersection of identity, stewardship, and strategy. Her work helps individuals and women build sustainable wealth without sacrificing peace, purpose, or personal wholeness.
Having built businesses, experienced loss, rebuilt from debt, and guided countless clients through complex financial and real estate decisions, Nkoli brings lived wisdom, not theory, to conversations about success and leadership. Through Ruthswall, she delivers strategic real estate and wealth guidance. Through Be3Life, she mentors women to become known, whole, and free, aligning who they are with what they build.
