What Hiding Is Stealing From Your Destiny

For years, I told myself I was just a private person.

I didn’t like social media. I preferred to stay behind the scenes. I convinced myself that as long as I was doing good work, changing lives, and staying true to my values, I didn’t need to be seen.

But if I’m honest, that wasn’t humility—it was fear. Fear of being misunderstood. Fear of being compared. Fear that my voice wasn’t as polished or powerful as the next woman’s. Fear that if people truly saw me—the imperfect, rebuilding me— they might turn away.

That struggle—the tension between being called and being visible—became the heartbeat of what would later become Be3Life, a movement reminding women that being seen isn’t pride, it’s purpose.

So, I stayed hidden behind titles and responsibilities. I was the real estate broker with many designations and certifications, the investor, the financial professional. I was visible in success but invisible in essence.

The Moment Everything Shifted

In January 2024, I attended the CLIMB Leadership Conference, hosted by my church—a space that develops leaders at every level. The message was clear: leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about influence, ownership, and service.

That weekend changed me.

When John Maxwell walked out as a surprise guest speaker, the atmosphere shifted. He looked across the audience and asked,

“What do I have to do to set myself apart?”

Then he said, “You have to intentionally grow.”

Those words hit me deeply. I realized I had been growing professionally, but not personally. I was sharpening my skills but avoiding visibility.

A few weeks later, with trembling faith, I joined the John Maxwell Team and, by August 2024, became a certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. But the transformation wasn’t about a title—it was about courage.

When Comfort Became Too Small

Around that same time, I pushed myself further. I joined Grant Cardone’s 10X Stages On Demand Program for speakers and even attended a workshop in Florida where he appeared in person. In September, I flew to Wisconsin to train with Pat Quinn on how to communicate with clarity and impact.

Each experience stretched me, but something still felt incomplete. I was mastering my craft, yet my heart whispered, “There’s more.”

That whisper became a calling: to empower others to live seen, known, and free.

Choosing to Be Seen

In November 2024, I decided to start where I felt confident—real estate and financial education. I launched Ruthswall’s weekly webinars, videos, and posts, sharing lessons from over two decades in the industry.

Every time I hit “record,” fear showed up:

“Who am I to do this?”

“There are women far greater than me.”

“No one outside my circle even knows me.”

But I kept showing up.

Week after week. Post after post. Webinar after webinar.

And something sacred happened.

I began to realize that visibility wasn’t pride—it was purpose.

Being seen wasn’t about attention—it was assignment.

Each time I shared, I wasn’t performing; I was becoming.

The Rebirth of a Calling

Truth is, this wasn’t my first attempt.

Back in 2018, I had started something similar. I created a Facebook page, shared a few posts, and when there was barely any response, I quietly stopped.

But purpose doesn’t disappear—it waits.

In April 2025, I finally said yes again, this time differently. I hired a mentor—a coach who’s been both firm and encouraging, holding me accountable to step out of my comfort zone. He’s challenged me to pitch podcasts, connect with organizations, and fully launch what had been stirring in my spirit for years: Be3Life.

The Sacred Power of Being Seen

Looking back, I see how each season prepared me:

The CLIMB Conference lit the spark.

The trainings built my foundation.

The webinars strengthened my voice.

And Be3Life became the bridge—where everything I’ve learned meets who I’m becoming.

Now I understand:

You can’t build external success while living internally hidden.

You can’t lead others if you’re afraid to be seen.

You can’t walk in destiny while dimming your own light.

There’s a sacred power in being seen.

Not for attention, but for alignment.

Not for applause, but for purpose.

When you stop hiding, you stop delaying what heaven—and humanity—has been waiting for.

Welcome to Be3Life.

Where we rise together—to Be Known. Be You. Be Free.

We are just getting started, and if this message speaks to your heart, stay close as something beautiful is being built.
