The identity work that begins once your voice returns
Finding my voice again was only the beginning. When the sound of self-doubt finally softened… another kind of noise surfaced.
Not loud. Not aggressive. But subtle — the kind that blends into everyday life and reminds you of: the expectations, the roles, the applause, the responsibilities, the pressure to remain who you’ve always been…even though God is calling you to evolve.
Confidence can open new rooms for you, but identity is what keeps you standing inside them.
Right after Florida and Wisconsin… after shrinking and rising… after rediscovering my voice…I faced another deeper truth:
I knew how to show up powerfully but I did not always know how to show up as myself.
The Noise That Hides Your True Self
For years, my life was defined by meaningful roles:
Real estate broker. Mortgage Loan Originator, Financial Professional. Wife. Mother. Leader. Speaker. Teacher. Mentor. Prayer Warrior. Lawyer (without a degree- Lol)…Beautiful identities and sacred assignments.
But beneath all of those layers—beneath the doing, serving, performing, and leading— was a woman God was shaping, and she had become “quiet under the weight of noise.
I could hear what everyone needed from me far more loudly than what God was whispering about who I was becoming.
And that’s the danger of noise:
Expectations can drown out identity
Success can overshadow truth
Culture can bury authenticity
The past can silence purpose
Fear can disguise itself as wisdom
The noise may feel familiar, but familiarity has never been the same as freedom.
The Season of Rediscovery
Nine months ago, I made a decision that changed everything about the trajectory of my voice and my identity. I hired a coach — a mentor who has consistently challenged, stretched, and called me into the next version of my purpose.
He refuses to let me hide and continues to push me toward:
purpose over performance,
courage over comfort,
identity over applause,
calling over fear.
And as I grew, something exciting began to happen: Women began to gather.
Eighteen women are now walking with me inside our Be3 Lifestyle Circle — a safe, sacred space for women who are peeling back the layers of life to rediscover the woman beneath the noise.
These women range from their 20s to 50s —different generations, backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, yet all united by one desire: To become more than who life told them they had to be.
Some are healing. Some are rebuilding. Some are rising. Some are rediscovering themselves after years of quietness. ALL are becoming.
And together, we are creating a judgment-free space where women can breathe, heal, grow, speak, and finally be truly seen.
Inside this circle, women are rising in:
- Wealth: mindset, stewardship, legacy, and financial wisdom
- Health: emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being
- Relationships: love, boundaries, communication, forgiveness
- Identity: truth, authenticity, alignment
- Healing: grace, tenderness, inner restoration
Because a woman who is healed and whole, is a woman who is unstoppable.
The Journey Becomes an Invitation
In November 2025, we formally launched the first 30-Day Be3Life Challenge. The transformation was undeniable.
Women awakened to hidden truths. rediscovered their confidence. met parts of themselves they hadn’t seen in years. broke free from shame, guilt, comparison, and silence.
And because of the outpouring…the next cohort begins January 2026.
This challenge is a pathway to:
Rediscover who you are beneath expectations
Unlearn the lies that diminish your worth
Release shame, guilt, and judgment
Heal silently-held wounds
Build courage that is rooted in identity
Step into purpose with clarity and strength
This is the heartbeat of Be3Life.
